Delete Your Account
We're sorry to see you go. Follow the steps below to permanently delete your FreshBoard account and all associated data.
This action is irreversible
Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. If you have an active premium subscription, cancel it through the Google Play Store first to avoid continued billing.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps inside the FreshBoard app.
Open FreshBoard
Launch the FreshBoard app on your device.
Go to Profile › Settings
Tap the Profile tab (bottom right), then tap the Settings gear icon.
Scroll to "Delete Account"
Scroll to the very bottom of the Settings screen and tap Delete Account.
Confirm deletion
Read the confirmation prompt carefully, then confirm to permanently delete your account.
What Gets Deleted
All of the following data is permanently removed when you delete your account.
Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you may be retained.
Data Deletion Timeline
Your account will be deactivated immediately. All associated data will be permanently purged from our servers within 30 days of the request, in compliance with GDPR and Google Play policies.

You can also request account deletion by emailing us. Include the email address associated with your FreshBoard account.
